It’s always hard to say goodbye as we’ve got to know so many of you through our Facebook site where you’ve posted your comments and questions and asked our editor to help out when you’ve needed expert advice.


We want to thank all of you for collecting Baked & Delicious and proving to be such keen and skilful bakers. As we firmly believe, there are few things more satisfying than baking a beautiful cake, a batch of cookies or a melt-in-the-mouth tart for loved ones and we hope we’ve given you lots of recipes that will become family favourites for years to come.

Q: How can I get back copies?
A: To order back copies, please contact our Customer Services Team on 0844 472 5219 or email baked-and-delicious@dbfactory.co.uk . Please note that it can take up to 21 days to deliver your back copies.
Q: What day is the collection on sale?
A: Every Thursday
Q: How can I get copies if I live outside the UK?
A: I am sorry, this collection is only available in UK & Ireland, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Malta and USA at the moment.
Q: I can't see some of the pages on the website. Help!
A: It may be a temporary problem, so please click Refresh to reload the page. If you are experiencing problems getting through to the secure order area when trying to place a subscription order, please email us on the customer service website enquiry email address.
Q: I can't find copies in the shops – help!
A: You can ask your newsagent to place a regular order for you so you can pick up your issues from them. If you need back copies you can ask your newsagent to order them for you or just contact our Customer Services Team. Don't forget, if you take out a subscription, issues will be delivered to your door free and you get some great subscription gifts! Full details are given on the subscribe page of this site. Q: How much does it cost to subscribe?
A: The per issue prices are as follows: £0.99 for issue 1, £2.99 for issue 2 and £4.99 from issue 3 onwards. If you would like to subscribe you can do so via our subscription page.
Q: Can I get the free gifts without subscribing?
A: These gifts are exclusive to subscribers, but if you would like to subscribe you can do so via our subscribe page.
Q: What methods of payments do you accept?
A: You can pay by Direct Debit, Visa, Delta, Mastercard. Please call our customer services team to make the arrangements.
Q: I have not received all my issues, can you help?
A: Our Customer Services Team can sort this out for you. If you email the team, please include your name and subscription reference in the subject line.
Q: I have received the wrong issue/s.
A: We will replace all your issues with the correct copies. Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel at any time. If you would like to cancel your subscription via email or post please click here to fill out the cancellation form or alternatively please contact the customer services team on 0844 472 5219 / 01425 462189.
Q: I'm not sure about the metric/imperial conversion tables that appear on page 27 of Baked & Delicious
A: A few people have asked us about this. The conversions given are all approximate and have been rounded up or down for ease of use. We would like to reassure readers that all our recipes have been tested using both the metric and imperial measurements. To ensure good results when baking, never mix metric and imperial measures in one recipe; stick to one system or the other.
Q: Could the silicone bakeware discolour and change the properties of the silicone?
A: Cake mixture or dough containing certain fruits or strong colours may cause some discolouration to silicone moulds when baked. This will not affect the performance of this product
